Ivan Karukov

Ivan Kavrukov earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree and a JD degree from George Washington University. He is admitted to the New York and Virginia State Bars, the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the US Claims Court, and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and other courts and is a registered patent attorney. Mr. Kavrukov is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the New York Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Federal Bar Council. He has lectured on patent topics, and he specializes in patent-related counseling, litigation, and in special patent prosecution matters. Prior to Wissing Miller, he was a partner and later Of Counsel in a well known Intellectual Property firm and structures patent portfolios for both large companies and startups and represented both plaintiffs and defendants in significant patent litigation matters.
